The Horizon Service Desk provides a flexible and scalable solution utilizing a variety of next-generation software to empower your organization.  Tier 1 to expert Technicians form the team and move together through large volumes of small issues, at our clients.
Horizon is currently seeking a talented & energetic Full-Time Permanent Technical Analyst to join our Saskatoon, Saskatchewan business unit.

You will be part of our Service Team providing support to Horizon Managed Services and Enterprise customers. Your role is to provide support remotely or onsite as required. You must have a commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering friendly courteous service to our clients.

Required Experience: 5+years relevant experience.
