Are you an expert when it comes to assessing repair damage on vehicles?
Do you enjoy working with customers?
Do you have a passion for the automotive industry?

Then we have a permanent full-time position for a professional individual like yourself. We are looking for an Estimator! If you are hard-working, passionate, and determined, then Capital Automotive Group is for you!

Duties and responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and write damage appraisals
Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements and warranties when dealing with the customer, striving to maintain and improve closing ratio for the company
Maintain ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff, and customers regarding repair status
Interact with customers and understanding their requirements
Meet with customer when picking up vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction
Give suggestions and recommendations to customers regarding their vehicle
Estimate the cost and the time for the repair/up-gradation of the vehicle
Coordinate work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
Keep up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies
Negotiate prices with customers
Follow automobile industry safety norms and standards
Take telephone inquires and queries of customers
Make evaluating reports for the establishment and attend the training process for new products

Qualifications
At least one year of direct experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities
Ability to negotiate with clients
