Job Duties
Prepare financial and accounting reports on a monthly basis.
Handle company finances must take responsibility of each transaction and ensure funds arent misplaced.
Issue invoices to customers
Perform calculation and prepare cheques for payroll
Ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner.
Keep accurate record of cash receipts and make bank deposits.
Perform monthly account reconciliation and monitor general ledger transactions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
