Job responsibilities:
- Call management. Answering incoming calls, forwarding to the correct contact, and taking messages when contacts are unavailable.
- Utilizing scheduling software to manage technician schedules.
- First point of contact for technicians regarding service booking scheduling.
- Auditing service booking information to ensure information is in booking for billing.
- Tool management. Keeping track of company tools to ensure they are only on sites where theyre required, and techs have returned them after use.
- Processing incoming bill payments.
- Outbound communications with outstanding billables.
