Carry out the administrative processes and systems as developed by the Shipping Manager including:
Contacting customers regular to verify shipping dates
Prepare job site packages
Collection and recording of inventory counts
Assist with scheduling of deliveries
Record keeping for National Transportation Regulations
Compliance with all Company policies
Assist Shipping Manager as required
Assist with other administrative duties as required
