Leon's Prince Albert is currently seeking Delivery Drivers, Helpers, warehouse personnel. As part of the Leon's team, you become a partner in Leon's white glove delivery service, with the goal of under promising and over delivering to our customers and providing the best customer experience in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, assembling, disassembling, and removing merchandise from our customers homes and vehicles, as well as understanding and being able to follow all warehouse procedures, polices and tasks.
General requirements, not limited to include:
-Class 5 license (with abstract showing 2 or less moving violations in the past 3 years)
-Submit to physical abilities test
-Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
-Ability to work in confined, congested areas e.g.:stairways, hallways, elevators.
-Ability to grip, kneel, stand, walk, stoop and bend and move merchandise for 8 hours or more daily.
-Ability to lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 100lbs frequently.
-Ability to handle/manipulate up to 250lbs frequently.
-Ability to perform correct lifting/team lifting techniques.
-Experience using hand tools/proper PPE.
-Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies as required.
-Ability to work for extended periods of time in various conditions including hot/cold wet/dry weather, on concrete flooring, under fluorescent lighting, with variable interior and exterior noise.
