Description

Black & McDonalds Saskatchewan is growing and is looking for a Business Development Representative to join the hard-working and innovative team in the Regina office.

As the Business Development Representative, you report to the Division Manager, Saskatchewan Service. You own your own territory within which you generate new Service Agreements in the commercial industrial and institutional markets using research, cold calling, and utilizing proven sales strategies and methods to close opportunities. As a member of the Service Sales Team, you prepare sales agreements, proposals, and work with the sales staff and operations to build detailed cost estimates and scope of work.

You are bright, motivated, and a high performer who thrives on seizing opportunities and working on a team. With a background in sales, you are confident and know how to take initiative, generate leads, and make things happen. Temporary setbacks only motivate you more. You balance your enjoyment of autonomy with time management and organizational skills to create results. You have great insight into and understanding of  the needs, motives, and emotions of the client or prospect. Building impressionable relationships with and assessing the needs of potential clients for future service work is your forte.

A competitive salary and un-capped potential compensation are your financial reward for being part part of this high growth and recession proof business. Immediate, on-going, and insightful mentorship, and technical support come to you as part of the opportunity.

To prepare you for this opportunity, you may have a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on engineering, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Your prior demonstrated experience is in a business development/account representative role.
