Description

We are currenting recruiting for an Outreach Coordinator to work as part of a team dedicated to the treatment and success of youth in our care.  

Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor or designate, the Outreach Coordinator is primarily responsible for the distribution of information to the client communities, NNADAP workers, parents, and others, regarding the support services, resources, and interventions available for at-risk youth.

Additional responsibilities include provincial community outreach services, client intake services, client assessment services, client care services, and relationship management.  The Outreach Coordinator also supports cultural diversity by learning and participating in cultural programming.

Minimal Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in the field of social work, psychology, education, or human services and three years of direct work experience OR a bachelors degree in the field of social work, psychology, education, or human services and one year of direct work experience. A valid Class 5 drivers license and a reliable means of getting to work. Ability to travel extensively to various communities in Saskatchewan including fly-in locations. Exceptional presentations skills. Comprehensive knowledge regarding addictions. Demonstrated communication skills with experience in report writing. Professional demeanor, sound judgement, and strong organizational skills. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to provide a clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector check.
