Supervising the overall activities of the entire kitchen staff
Supervising the staff, hiring and training them as per requirement
Preparing work schedules for the staff and scheduling them based on the requirements of business
Making sure proper health and safety standards are practiced by the entire restaurant staff
Training the staff on each and every aspects of the restaurant to meet the working requirements
Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation method are followed by staff
Reporting issues and weekly reports to the Restaurant Manager regularly
Making sure the inventories and food supplies are ordered timely and adequately
Maintaining excellent relationships with the vendors and entering the inventories properly
Providing excellent customer service to the customers an resolving any issues or complaints
