The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, nights and weekends.
Adhere to policies which include OH&S, GOP's, food safety, HACCP and CFIA procedures. Fill out documentation of production and completion of HACCP records.
Candidate will be required to set, operate and maintain the grain cleaning equipment following operational instructions for each commodity we process.
Assist in receiving incoming grain by sampling, unloading and binning to the appropriate bin.
Other duties include sweeping/shoveling of grain, yard maintenance and repair activities as needed.
The successful candidate must be an independent worker, physically fit, have extensive understanding of both oral and written English language skills, along with the ability to deal with the public effectively, have good working relationships and be a team player.
Experience as a plant operator an asset.
