DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Location: Family Treatment Program Regina, SK
Position: Full-Time Term (4 months)
Posting Closing Date: August 5, 2022

Ranch Ehrlo's Family Treatment Program is seeking to fill one full-time term Family Treatment Leader position. The Family Treatment Leader provides leadership, continuity, and expertise to the team and participants during the day-to-day operations of the Family Treatment Program. The Family Treatment Leader oversees shift activities, promotes pro-active front-line decision making, and models a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment. The Family Treatment Leader provides home-based family services and support for family care functions including; utilizing supporting, role-modelling, and adequate parenting and pro-social skills, budgeting, household management, and meeting healthcare needs. The Family Treatment Leader supports and implements treatment plans and ensures that family strengths are maximized.

Qualifications
Education and Professional Certification
A certificate, diploma, or degree in social sciences, or in a related human service field of study.

Experience
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with children, youth, and/or families.
Experience working independently with diverse populations.

Skills and Characteristics
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to complete tasks independently.

Duties and Responsibilities
Services
Assist participants in day-to-day functioning.  Teach the family unit life skills such as self care, cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and positive behaviours.
Maintain a therapeutic milieu.

In accordance with the agencys Recruitment, Selection and Hiring policy, all new employees are required to be fully vaccinated. If you are the successful candidate you will be required to provide proof of COVID vaccination status.  

Wage range for this position is from $27.67 to $35.78 per hour.
