The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of Executive Coordinator to cover a one-year maternity leave, with a start date of October 11, 2022.
SARM is an independent association that represents rural municipal government in Saskatchewan and is the principal advocate in representing them before senior governments.
The Executive Coordinator provides high-level support to the Executive Director, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board of Directors, and staff, and manages the day-to-day operations such as general reception duties and office administration procedures.

Skills and Knowledge:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Strong attention to detail
Strong knowledge of various computer applications
Ability to multi-task
A desire for continuous learning
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years experience in office administration
Certificate in office administration or equivalent is an asset
The successful candidate must be a self-motivated individual with good organizational and communication skills
