The Human Resource Manager will provide support to and work with the staff of Kahkewistahaw First Nation in accordance with the rules and procedures as per the Employment Policy and Procedures Manual that the Chief and Council have approved. They will also advise and assist other departmental managers on interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs, ensuring compliance with legislation.
