Develop and implement communication strategies and information programs for fundraising and educator recruitment
Maintain and update the information of our website and social media
Interact with the audience of our website and social media including different groups
Plan, direct and evaluate all the above activities to ensure the consistency for the whole branding
Plan, implement and evaluate open house activities
Plan, develop and evaluate camp (winter, summer and spring) services in breaks
Conduct marketing research for the possible location of our planned new centre and report to the Management
Maintain media relations on behalf of our Early Learning Centre.
Other related duties assigned by management
Experience of managing advertising of a business is a must, online advertising is preferred
Experience of promoting new location/product is an asset
Experience of working in a multi-national culture is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills
Familiar with social media, especially online video platform
Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to manage internal and external relationships
Experience in early education is an asset
Being able to speak Mandarin is an asset
