-Develop Programs curriculum-In charge of all the workbooks,manuals,supplies
-Delivery of the program
-Develop student assessment forms,reporting,attendance,grading system,Evaluation forms
-Create tools for the program
-Recruitment and Assessment of Participants
-Promotion of the program/Connect to local employers in the community
-Organize, in-charge of the 6-week Work placement Program
-Provide continuously career guidance and counselling to participants and employers during the work placement program, up to a 1-year follow up to make sure participants obtain and maintain employment
-Programs Final reporting and Evaluation reports
-Bachelor's degree, valid teaching certification from Saskatchewan or equivalent teaching experience,One-year instructional experience preferred
-Excellent written,verbal communication skills and computer proficiency also required
-Experience in teaching youth or populations with multiple barriers
-Experience in providing instructions or facilitating workshops on communication and employability skills like soft skills,job readiness skills,computer literacy,interpersonal communication
-Proficiency in all MS Office Applications,computers,internet
-Strong facilitation skills with proven experience leading pre-employment,job search,career information,workshops,presentations
-Experience in planning and delivering mentorship programs for youth and adults
-Experiential Knowledge of labour market trend,job search strategies,job development
-Superior oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
-Proven ability to work effectively with diverse clients including new graduates,indigenous group,newcomers
-Excellent time management and organization skills,able to work well with minimal supervision
-Able to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Reference and Vulnerable Sector Checks.
-Access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license
