The Position:

The Building Manager/Caretaker is accountable for the day-to-day management of Trinity Tower. This position has the potential to be live-in if there is suitability and fit. The Building Manager/Caretaker is accountable for 5 main areas, among other duties:

-Resident Relations  responding to resident needs, being culturally responsive and ensuring the Trinity Tower Resident Council functions effectively
-Physical Plant Management  includes ensuring that the grounds, equipment, property, building and suites are well maintained and overseeing onsite contractors. Ensuring an equipment planned maintenance program is adhered to in consultation with the Property Manager
-Financial Management  collecting rent payments and calculation of subsidized rents
-Marketing  includes managing a marketing program relative to rental units
-Rental of Suites includes managing waiting lists, move-ins and move-outs as well as administering rental agreements and compliance with housing policies and procedures
