Description

Establishes and maintains quality standards for the Prevention Department as it relates to service delivery to our internal business partners and external customers.  This position will work closely with members of the management team to assess compliance with processes and procedures and support the development of training and education to improve consistency in service delivery.  This will require the generation and analysis of statistical information to validate the success of programs and/or processes.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other related fields, or eligibility for certification as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP).  
Minimum of five years of experience demonstrating the following:
    Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality assurance, safety management systems and program evaluation processes.
    Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to make effective and intuitive business recommendations.
    Working knowledge of non-profit corporations
    Working experience with adult education
    Working knowledge and experience with the Employment Act, OH&S legislation, quality assurance and safety management system development, administration and maintenance.
    Ability to research and make recommendations to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
    Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and partnerships by utilizing strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently or as a team member to effectively organize work and accurately complete assigned tasks.

This position is a field position.  As such, it is necessary for an individual to have a valid class 5 drivers license to occupy the position.
