We are seeking a candidate to perform the dual role of Program Manager and Clinical Caseworker. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall organization and implementation of the program they manage. They have a key leadership role in the organization and operate according to the agency philosophy and principles to facilitate quality services to youth and their families. The Caseworker is responsible to provide treatment consultation to the residential team, facilitate individualized services plans for the youth, to provide direct counselling services to youth and their families and ensuring communication between the agency and the referring worker and the childs family.
The candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a Human Services discipline, previous work experience at a management level, knowledge of First Nations culture, values, and beliefs, and experience working with youth and families. It is preferable that the candidate be eligible for registration with a professional human service association; for example the SASW, or SK College of Psychologists. An equivalent combination of education and direct work experience in a leadership role may be considered. Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Search, First Aid CPR-C, and valid class 5 drivers license are required.
