Description

Please Note:  This position is only for those applicants who are presently in high school.

- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer or direct all customer inquiries.
- Assist with dispensing petroleum products.
- Package, wrap and label products as directed.
- Responsible for stock rotation and pricing
- Promote all in-store services.
- Performs any other duties needed to help to drive Gateway Co-op's vision and abide by our Co-operative's values of responsibility, respect and excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working on completion of a high school diploma.
- Completion of Saskatchewan Young Worker Readiness course (if applicable).
- Able to work in a fast paced, but efficient and controlled manner.
- Effective interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Responsible to work all scheduled shifts as required.  May be called in for shift coverage.
- Ability to perform all physical aspects of the meat associate duties, including but not limited to standing, bending, climbing and walking.
- Physical demands requiring frequent manual lifting/moving of materials weighting 25 kg or more.
