We are looking for a design/sales consultant to join our team in the Melfort/Nipawin/Tisdale area.
This position is heavily public-facing and customer-service oriented. Our design consultants work independently and have appointments pre-scheduled for them. The position involves meeting customers at their homes and helping them choose window coverings through business-provided sampling and employee knowledge.
Candidate must be detail-oriented, high-energy, flexible, and able to work unsupervised.
Candidate must be proficient in computer use and able to learn new programs efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must, along with a willingness to learn new product lines on a consistent basis, continued conscientious effort, and a service-oriented mind.
We are currently looking for a part-time position that may end up being full-time some weeks dependent on appointments. Schedule is fairly flexible and hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Pay is based on an hourly rate, plus commission.
Vendor sampling, vehicle and computer device is provided for work us. The candidate will be required to travel on a daily basis to various communities around the area.
In-person training will be provided in either the Saskatoon or Regina area, as well as, online training.
