Drake Meats is looking for a sausage formulator. Drake is a quiet village with affordable housing. Shared housing available if interested. The job will include weighing ingredients to specification, knowledge of lean to fat ratio is an asset, attention to detail and quality control are essential. Other duties may include sausage stuffer operation, product hanging, and other production duties depending on demands.
