We are looking for Host/Hostess (Guest Relations) who will be responsible for ensuring accurate admission, greeting, directing patrons, and helping ensure that patrons have a safe and pleasurable experience. This role is responsible to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests and event attendees as you will act as a liaison between guests and other REAL departments to meet and exceed customer needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Greet and direct guests upon arrival, answer guest questions and remaining polished and poised in all guest interactions.
2. Scanning tickets and checking for proper credentials when patrons enter the building.
3. Assist customers to their seats by giving verbal directions and identifying the general area where the customers seats are located.
4. Watching for seating problems in assigned area and move to assist the customers.
5. Be aware and handle lost items.
