We are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Specialist with technical expertise to collect, store and analyze company data as it relates to business and marketing activities. As a member of the Marketing & Fan Engagement team, you will be responsible for collecting statistical analysis, data management, building customer retention strategies and developing reporting across all business facets of the organization.
The position will liaise closely with Ticketing, Operations, Marketing, Corporate Partnerships and the Communications teams. Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, statistical modeling, machine learning, data analysis, data reporting and data visualization.
The Business Intelligence Specialist will be focused on anticipating the behaviours of fans as the experience for sports fans continues to evolve, we are searching for an experienced candidate to help develop and design innovating reporting structures and predictive modelling to ensure a best-in-class experience for all fans.
