Responsibilities:
Support education/schools with needs related to assessments initiated by the Ministry of Education (EYE, OurSCHOOL).
Work to implement and maintain data services for LLRIB schools;
Monitor and support data entry at the school level and at the central office level;
Develop and deliver professional development for school staff and administrators;
Collaborate with the Superintendent responsible for educational technology on an ongoing basis regarding the operational plan and budget for this portfolio
Work collaboratively with the Education Data Coordinator to provide ongoing support and problem solving for the Student Information System and other data needs;
Support the implementation of LLRIB Education initiatives (ie: the implementation of My School Sask);
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor of Education required;
Minimum 3 years teaching experience;
Experience using technology and data base systems effectively;
Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work;
Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
Collaborate respectfully with various individuals/stakeholder and maintain confidentiality;
Must have a Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle;
Ability to travel to various LLRIB communities and provide training to staff
