Job evaluation, compensation expertise required:
You'll provide compensation, performance management, and job evaluation consulting and advice to leaders, HR Business Partners and your colleagues.

What you'll do:
- Analyze and modify compensation and performance management programs, policies, and systems to meet identified organizational objectives and needs
- Deliver data-driven compensation and performance management insights and information
- Lead the job evaluation process for executive, senior and complex roles
- Manage the development and delivery of organization structure and design sessions
- Guide compensation and performance management projects including the annual performance process
- Research and implement Workday talent and performance modules

What we're looking for:

What you'll need:
- A bachelors degree in administration or human resources management and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A designation such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) or Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
- In-depth understanding of human resources principals, theories and trends with a focus on compensation and performance management
- Job evaluation experience
- Working knowledge of Workday software
