Description

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise pre-sale and post-sale.
Develop relationships with new and existing customers. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Obtain orders through email and telephone calls, verify and enter items, transfer orders to fulfillment, explain stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determine reason for loss of order.
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis. Identify ways for continuous improvement of processes.
Maintain distribution system backorder report, associated customer expediting report and notices, and customer notification.
Report industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
Deliver, set up, and update display racks, sample boards, etcetera as needed for clients. In Addition, be able to provide excellent product knowledge or training to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:

High School Diploma or higher education
1+ years of sales experience
Valid Driver's License is required
Be able to lift 50 pounds (loading sample rack and marketing materials)
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with solid organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
Analytical thinking, math skills, strong memory, and excellent attention to detail
Bonus!!! Experience in distribution sales and flooring industry
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to effectively use various office-based software (Proficiency in G-suite, Microsoft Office)
