Description

The Full-time Caretaker provides for a clean, functional, and attractive environment in all facilities owned by the Town of Bredenbury.

Perform caretaking tasks at the following locations: Old Bredenbury School including: Fitness Center, Hallway Space, Public Washrooms, Day Care, Fire Hall; Bredenbury Hall (as required); Bredenbury Spray Park washrooms (seasonal) Bredenbury rink lobby, washrooms, dressing rooms,(seasonal); Town office.

Preference will be given to someone with a driver's license. WHIMIS training or willing to take. Someone who is knowledgeable in process of stripping and waxing floors. Someone who is willing to obtain an inventory list and pickup supplies are required. Washing of windows interior and exterior as required.

This will be a full time position. It will be Monday - Friday. Hours are somewhat flexible; but recommended would be from 12-9 p.m.

Employees will receive MEPP pension plan and benefit coverage.

Wage to be negotiated with suitable candidate.

Estimated start date will be October.
