Description

Reporting to the Director CMO, the Senior Change Manager will be a service-oriented individual responsible for creating and leading the execution of end-to-end Change Management plans and programs that will be instrumental in preparing leaders and employees to embrace and adopt changes resulting from significant initiatives. The Senior Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption of people, process, and/or technology changes and ensure the people impact of any change is addressed in a way that enables the full realization of project benefits and change outcomes.

This individual will provide a high degree of hands-on support to project teams and executive sponsors in the design, delivery, oversight and reporting related to all change strategies and plan deliverables. This includes oversight of contract deliverables for external change management consultants working on change initiatives they are leading.

A University degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field supplemented with a minimum of five years of relevant change manager experience.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Prosci/ADKAR Change Management Certification or equivalent
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, tools and practices.
A strong commitment to getting the work done and supporting others to meet key time-sensitive, deliverables.
Exceptional communication skills  written and verbal  and ability to tailor verbal and written messages to a variety of audiences.
