The RM of Cut Knife No.439 and Atton's Lake Regional Park Authority are accepting applications for a full time Office Assistant. The successful applicant will undertake various duties for both the RM of Cut Knife and the Park Authority. Previous office experience will be an asset with preference given to applications that have familiarity with Microsoft Office, accounts payable and payroll and who display an ability to take on unexpected tasks as necessary.
This position includes a full benefits package and pension plan.

- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries

- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
