Coordinate the drafting and design of company campaigns and promotions, including but not limited to print and online advertising, brochures, newspaper and publication notices, articles, presentations, videos, etc.
Populate, maintain, create content and report data on the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram) to promote information sharing, brand awareness and engagement.
Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations, letters, and speeches for company events (or other activities) to meet the needs of various audiences.
Develop workshops or other events for publicity
Initiate and maintain contacts with the media
Prepare art shows or other contracts
Advise employers on advertising or sales promotion strategies
Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
Respond to written and oral inquiries
Act as a spokesperson for the company
Prepare or oversee the preparation of presentations, website content and press releases
Prepare and/or provide promotional and informational programs, materials
Collect, research and prepare communication materials
Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of an establishment
Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media
Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies and programs designed
Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences
