Description

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks in an office work environment.  As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages reports
Daily processing of inventory transactions
Assisting with weekly and monthly cycle count processing
Support the lead dispatcher with the scheduling and routing of truck fleet
Answer incoming customer calls
Order office supplies
Process all purchases, (JDE, code and get signatures)
Process all Scotiabank purchases
Process all wholesaler purchases
Deposits (processing/drop off)
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Business/Office Diploma or 2-3 years office related experience
Knowledgeable with accounting processes
Good problem solving and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up
Excellent customer service skills
JD Edwards experience considered an asset
Comfortable learning new computer programs
Strong verbal communication skills and analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of lubricant products would be an asset
Experience with fleet/vehicle scheduling would be an asset
