Our ideal candidate for this role will take a hands-on approach to keep our Front Desk on the path to excellence. We are looking for a candidate who has at least 1-2 years of leadership/supervisory experience or multiple years of Front Desk experience. Here's a bit more about what we're looking for:
*Someone who is a tech wizard - there's a lot of technology and hospitality software systems involved in this role.
*Experience with our property management system *Opera would be beneficial.
*Previous hospitality or Front Desk experience is considered a must.
*Someone who thrives on providing fantastic customer service and isn't afraid to resolve a complaint here or there!
*Someone who enjoys training, mentoring and motivating the Front Desk employees.
*Providing support to the Front Desk by assisting with answering phone calls, checking in and out guests, and other typical day to day tasks associated with the Front Desk.
*Providing support to the Front Desk Manager on projects or other tasks as they arise.
Of course, there's a plethora of other job duties and items and the typical day-to-day operations which you'll be responsible for, but those are pretty hard to sum up in a job ad.
