Description

The Director of Services is responsible for the effective development, delivery and evaluation of programs and operational functions that contribute to the achievement of the organization's mission, vision, and goals. They are also responsible for the overall delivery of clinical services, and the management and supervision of the Clinical Caseworkers. The Director of Services is directly accountable to the Senior Director.  

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a Human Services discipline,  and several years of work experience in the area of residential care, management, or supervision in the youth service field. Knowledge of First Nations culture, values, and beliefs, and experience working with youth and families is an asset. It is preferable that the successful candidate will be eligible for registration with a professional human service association; for SASW, or the SK College of Psychologists.  An equivalent combination of education and direct work experience in a leadership role may be considered.  Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search, First Aid CPR-C, and valid class 5 drivers license are required.
