Location:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Payments and Clearing Clerk, to be based in our Head Office in Saskatoon on a Monday through Friday work week.

The Challenge:
The Payments and Clearing Clerk is responsible for various functions and duties related to back-office processing, including but not limited to cheque and AFT rejects, returns and chargebacks while adhering to CPA standards. Additional duties include trace requests and investigations, customer support, transaction processing to and reconciliation of our General Ledgers, PaymentStream AFT support and other general administrative tasks. All work must be carried out with a high degree of accuracy and a focus on service and support to internal teams.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience working in a Financial Institution would be preferred. Alternatively, 2-3 years of experience in office administration or accounting
Strong analytical skills with ability to pay close attention to detail
Proficiency in learning new software applications
High level of organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload
Ability to adjust to changing work priorities and meet deadlines
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
