Apex Physician Support Services provides support to physicians (both Specialists and GP office's) with recruitment.

We are on the hunt for new members to join our team(s)! We are looking for a FRIENDLY face who can work in a HIGH PACED medical office. Must be TASK-ORIENTED and SELF-MOTIVATED. Willingness to work as a TEAM MEMBER who pays FULL ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must. The right candidate will receive free training and have a clean criminal background check.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1.Welcome and register patients seeking medical attention in person or by telephone.

2. Proper telephone etiquette.

3. Making Appointments and organizing daily schedules.

4. Update & Maintain Patient Demographics

5. Daily cleaning duties & Equipment sterilization.

6. Monitor & Replenish all supplies necessary to run the office.

7. Physician assisting & chaperoning as required.

8. Lab, mail & postage duties.

9. Reconciles accounts payables/receivables, and produces day sheets and financial statements on regular and timely basis.

10. Punctual and able to adapt to flexible hours of work.

11. Typing speed of 70wpm (specialist office only)
