Able & willing to work with individuals with intellectual &/or physical disabilities including personal care. The Group Home Worker provides support in the Group Home and Day Program setting, implements individual cre plans, is responsible for daily record keeping and participation with participants in community activities and settings. This position is in the community of Outlook, SK.
