Job Position: Baker, early mornings

We are hiring a full time early morning (3-11am) baker for our Mayfair location. Duties include but are not limited to: mixing doughs, handshaping and baking artisan bread and pastry, and maintaining clean workspaces. This is a physically demanding position which requires repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 20kg.

Candidates must be: reliable, coachable, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure in a team environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a valid Food Safe certificate, a current drivers license, and two years experience in a similar position.
