The Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority is seeking a permanent full-time Technical Analyst (Client) in the Information Technology Branch. The Technical Analyst provides tier 2 technical support, with the primary focus on the SLGAs client infrastructure, as well as secondary support of server, network, printer and peripheral hardware and software. This position receives direction from both the IT Support Supervisor and Client Team Lead and is responsible for following Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based support processes. The core functions of the job include the installation, configuration and maintenance of all client hardware and software; participating in the after-hours support and potential weekend maintenance rotation; tier two escalation for the Service Desk Analysts; technical support for network, server, desk-side and related systems/peripherals; monitoring and testing of systems to ensure reliability and integrity; and system account administration.
