Bralin Technology Solutions provides network administration, network security, help-desk support, disaster recovery, procurement, and project consulting services to businesses in the Battlefords and Lloydminster regions.  We manage clients' IT infrastructure and end-user systems proactively -preventing problems before they occur rather than just fixing them after they occur.  Bralin is looking to partner with Information Technology Professionals who are experts in their field and see technology as a foundation to growth, efficiency, and business success.
Our Help Desk Technician is responsible for handling first level support of service requests. This relates to all technology, including: workstations, servers, networks, firewalls, back-up & disaster recovery systems and other vendor specific hardware and software.  The help desk is the first point of contact for client service requests and is key to the success of our service department.
