Description

Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) has an opportunity for a full-time SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER.  The position can be located in either:  Saskatoon, Melfort, North Battleford, Weyburn, Swift Current or Yorkton.

Supporting Regional and Area Managers, and as a first point of contact, the Senior Administration Officer provides a positive image while delivering various high level, confidential support functions. Success in the position requires a natural collaborator with proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, and make good decisions in support of the housing network.  

Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Assist in the development and monitoring of annual operations plans and budgets.
-Develop regular and ad hoc reports for the regions, including trend analyses.
-Manage and oversee all office and equipment related contracts, negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure an efficient business office.
-Ensure the integrity of the data in the accounting and information systems.
-Support and provide troubleshooting.
-Research, review and compile financial and other pertinent data for operational reviews, activity and project work.
-Provide guidance and training for Housing Authority Managers; participate in developing training modules; deliver accounting and financial workshops; co-ordinate logistical requirements for training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:
-Diploma in business administration with a focus on accounting and 5 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Advanced knowledge of office systems and procedures.
-Ability to judge matters of confidentiality, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Experience delivering established training programs and developing new content.
-Valid drivers license and use of own vehicle for company use.
