Description

Taylor Volkswagen is accepting applications for a Wash Bay Attendant.  This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for exterior washes and/or interior vacuuming of our service departments customers vehicles as we provide a free wash with each service visit.

We have a modern washbay including overhead pressure washer and foam brush unit, central vacuum system and advanced cleaning supplies for all daily needs.

Applicants need to have a valid drivers license and be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.

A criminal record check and a drivers abstract will be required for a successful applicant

Provide support to other departments as required.

Assist in maintaining a clean dealership, particularly by performing duties related to the cleanliness of the service area.

Be a champion for delivering excellent service 100% of the time.

Actively maintain the cleanliness of personal and team workspace, including vehicles.

Maintain a high level of professional appearance.

Specific Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.

Excellent verbal communication.

Excellent customer service skills including listening.

Organized with an attention to detail and the ability to identify anomalies.

Flexible and open to change; has initiative to take on special tasks as needed.

Holds a valid drivers license.

Able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.

Education & Experience

Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
