Luseland School  Principal - Replacement Full Time, 1.0 (FTE) commencing August 25, 2022, to June 30, 2023,  Luseland School is a rural dynamic school that brings together surrounding communities. We are a student-centered school with a strong focus on building citizens. Luseland School is a Kindergarten  Grade 12 school with an approximate enrolment of 185 students, an FTE of 12.25 professional staff and 8 support staff.

The successful candidate will possess dynamic leadership skills, be able to work effectively with students, staff and other administrators and will demonstrate a desire to advance his/her leadership through a higher level of education and leadership experiences. Living Sky School Division believes that school-based administrators play key roles in student success.  It will be important for candidates to be able to:
Lead Learning (Instructional Leadership),
Set Vision and Provide Direction,
Secure Caring and Respectful Schools,
Develop People and Build Relationships, and
Strengthen the Educational Community (through working with parents and other agencies).
Candidates are required to possess a masters degree in Educational Administration or related discipline or be committed to completing post-graduate studies in an applicable field. Additionally, they must possess a valid Saskatchewan Teaching Certificate.
