The International Partnership & Project administrator position reports to the Director of International Partnerships and Projects and works with the Director, Project Coordinators, International Education managers, Finance and Registration.
The position is responsible for the overall administrative and financial management of the portfolio and is essential in conducting the everyday administrative tasks required by the division; overall administration of financial reporting and forecasting for the needs of Saskatchewan Polytechnic; responsible for reporting, management and logistical requirements of Saskatchewan Polytechnic International partnerships and projects that are under contribution agreement with Provincial, Federal and International agencies and/or departments; administrative tasks and financial reporting of international partnerships, contract training and international student mobility activities.
Major responsibilities include:
Prepare, monitor and develop division budgets and forecasting.
Monitors complex budgets as laid out in explicit contribution agreements with various Provincial, Federal, and international agencies/departments
Support the logistical requirement of International Partnerships and Projects
Support International Student Mobility activities
Support the logistical requirements for international participants from various countries who are traveling to Canada to participate in study tours and other scheduled activities
Provide support for national and international field offices
Provide technical assistance and administrative support
Coordinate Saskatchewan Polytechnic International Education marketing tools
Purchasing, repairs, salvage and overseas shipments
