GERRAND RATH JOHNSON LLP, a medium sized Regina law firm, has an opening for a court runner/file clerk, beginning September 1.  As our ambassador for the firm, the ideal candidate should be professional and friendly in nature, have a positive attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills as well as computer knowledge of word documents and spreadsheets. The successful applicant must have above average communication/interpersonal skills, have a strong work ethic, and will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.


The position will involve responsibilities which include:

- Multiple daily deliveries to and from the court house, law firms, banks and various downtown business, on foot;
- Assisting with general administrative tasks around the office, including filing, copying and binding
- Covering reception duties as needed, including greeting clients, answering a multi-line phone system and directing calls to the appropriate person/dept., answering general inquiries, accepting payment from clients and handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
