Job Description: Under the direction of the Program Manager and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker - BSW Senior provides a range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case management services in the community to a population of  children, youth (and their families) with acute and chronic mental health and addiction presentations. The incumbent will provide consultation and coordination, evaluation of clinical interventions, supervision, and professional and public education regarding mental health issues and resources. As a senior practitioner, act as a resource for other professionals for mental health in the community.  The Social Worker - BSW Senior, provides formal supervision (clinical, professional and administrative) to other employees and students.  
Required Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
Recognized Bachelor Degree in Social Work
Experience
- Requires a minimum of 2 years recent recognized direct clinical experience in a community mental health setting working with children/ youth and their families presenting with acute and chronic mental health and addiction problems.



Additional Requirements:
Must hold a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for use as needed.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet client need and operational needs.

112 hours of work in a 3 week rotation
