Facility: Rosetown and District Health Centre
Job Description: The Associate supports functions such as accommodations, disability claims management, benefit administration, attendance support and union relations. Supports include monitoring and assignment of service requests and compiling and analysis of accommodations and attendance data, metrics and reports. The Associate is responsible for the management of basic Disability Claims, Worker's Compensation Claims, lengthy absences due to sick leave, and coordinating action plans to return injured or ill employees back to work.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Licensed and in good standing with professional association and/or regulatory body, if applicable
Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health or business related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
1+ years' experience in accommodation or attendance is preferred.
