The Saskatchewan Coroners Service (SCS) in the Ministry of Justice is responsible for the investigation of all sudden, unexpected and unnatural deaths in order to improve the health, safety and quality of life of the citizens of Saskatchewan.
The Coroners Service is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills for the permanent full-time Research Officer position located in Regina. As part of our dynamic team, you will apply your knowledge and expertise to conduct independent research and analysis for the purpose of developing policies, standards and evaluation frameworks as these relate to the delivery of medico-legal death investigations and inquests by coroners around the province.
Typically, the knowledge and experience required for this position would be obtained through the completion of an undergraduate degree in business, public administration, public policy, economics, or a related field combined with at least three years of related experience.
