Job Duties:
Supervise the daily operations of front and back of the house of Hakka;
Prepare work schedules;
Estimate and order store supplies and ingredients required for meal preparations;
Always ensure the food quality, quality of speed and service;
Maintain log sheets/records of sales, stock and wastage;
Train staff about their respective job duties;
Ensuring the restaurant meets sanitation and food safety regulations.
Skills Requirements: Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, ability to supervise people.
Education: Secondary education is required.
Work: 6 months to 1 years of work experience is required.
