Job Duties
Prepare and cook complete meals or individuals dishes and Hakka cuisine;
Prepare special orders for customers with food allergies or intolerances;
Plan menus and determine size of food portions;
Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
Supervise kitchen staff.
Skills Requirements:Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, ability to lift and carry items, specialty in Hakka Cuisine.
Education: Secondary education is required.
Work: 6 months to 1 year of work experience is required.
