Description

Food counter attendants and food prepares perform the following duties:
1. Take customers orders, prepare food correctly and operate POS system
2. Clean, peel, slice and trim food using manual and electric appliances
3. Use oven, slicers and other equipment to prepare fast food items i.e. bread for sandwiches, wraps and cookies
4. Use equipment to prepare beverages such as coffee
5. Stock refrigerators, freezers, and Bain. Keep records of the quantities of food used, and maintain temperature log
6. Learn sandwich formulas and use them correctly
7. Take phone orders and prepare them for pickup or delivery
8. Maintain cleanliness of the store
